1. Acceptance & Scope of Service

By accessing, browsing, or purchasing from Saba Al Wadi Couture Atelier("the Boutique", "we", "us", or "our"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any portion of these terms, please refrain from using our online boutique services.

2. Product Artistry, Handcrafting & Sizing

Our collections are handcrafted by master tailors. Because our garments utilize fine hand-embroidery, hand-painted silk organzas, and natural dye processes, subtle variations in texture, stitch rhythm, or bead placement are hallmarks of authentic artisanal creation rather than defects.

• Sizing Guide: Please consult our Size Guide before placing an order. Sizing numbers (e.g. 52, 54, 56, 58, 60) denote overall length in inches from shoulder to hemline.
• Color Accuracy: We endeavor to display garment photography with pristine color accuracy. However, slight tone variations may occur across various mobile and monitor displays.
• Stock Availability: Orders are subject to fabric and variant stock levels. In the event an item is reserved or depleted before fulfillment, you will be notified immediately with an option for custom tailoring or an instant refund.

3. Pricing, Currencies & Payment Terms

All prices are based in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED). When viewing our website in other currencies (such as USD, GBP, or EUR), conversion rates are calculated dynamically for convenience.

• Online Payment (Cards): We accept major international credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) processed securely via Stripe.
• Cash on Delivery (COD): Offered for eligible orders within the United Arab Emirates. Payment must be remitted in AED cash to the courier upon arrival.
• Promotions & Coupons: Promotional discount codes must be entered prior to checkout. Coupons are non-transferable, cannot be redeemed for cash, and cannot be stacked unless explicitly authorized.

4. Shipping, Delivery & Inspection

We partner with premier logistics carriers across the UAE and internationally. Delivery timeframes within the UAE typically range between 1 to 3 business days for ready-to-wear pieces, and 5 to 7 business days for bespoke tailored orders.

Upon delivery, please examine the package exterior. If any seal appears tampered with, make note with the courier driver and contact our concierge immediately at +971 55 642 4758.

5. Returns, Exchanges & Custom Tailoring Policy

Due to the luxury nature of our modest couture and strict sanitary standards:

• Ready-to-Wear Items: May be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery, provided the garment is in pristine, unworn condition with all original tags and security ribbons intact.
• Bespoke & Custom Sized Orders: Pieces crafted to customized measurements, specific embroidery monograms, or tailored lengths requested by the client are strictly final sale, except in the unlikely case of manufacturing defect.
• Return Shipping: Return shipping arrangements and inspection are managed through our concierge team in Dubai.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including garment designs, photography, product names, logos, illustrations, and code, is the exclusive intellectual property of Saba Al Wadi Couture Atelier and is protected under UAE and international trademark and copyright laws. Unauthorized duplication or commercial imitation is strictly prohibited.

7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the applicable federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Dubai.
